Before the shipment even came, they let me know the shipping software overcharged for shipping and issued a refund!!! Like, what?! That NEVER happens. So honest! So kind! 10/10

And then the hat came... and it's 10/10! Top quality embroidery, top quality knit hat... and it's made for human size heads. Sometimes you order a tuque online and its too small, so it leaves lines on your forehead if you wear it too long. Not this tuque! :)
