 RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipment costs. We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customized items like Limited Edition Art Prints.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original packing slip.

To start a return, you can contact us at tj@northoffifty.com.  We will issue a RA (return authorization) number, which you should include either inside your return package, or on the outside of the package. The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

Within Canada:

Uninsured Letter Mail is not available at this time. Due to the potential Canada Post labour action, we have switched to shipping via UPS and other reliable courier services.

Tracked Package - Canada

Effective immediately, we are partnering with UPS for our Canadian  shipments! This change ensures you receive your orders promptly, especially during the potential Canada Post labor dispute, which could kick in as early as November 3rd. We wouldn't want your parcels to get caught in limbo so we've decided to switch right away.
While regular parcel post shipping costs within Canada remain unchanged —great news for you!—we’ll no longer be sending orders via regular Letter Mail. This means smaller, lightweight packages will come with a higher shipping cost. We recommend ordering in quantity rather than just single items to maximize your savings and enjoy more of what you love. Let’s make every delivery a joyful experience!

Shipping outside of Canada

Currently, the Canadian Postal Service is experiencing a labour dispute which may affect our ability to send cross-border or International parcels efficiently. 

To the US: All orders / parcels to the US are tracked and insured, and we will do our best to ensure they arrive on time. However, the labour dispute may cause delays and interruptions. UPS shipping is available at the checkout; however, it comes at a significant cost. 

Select Canada Post (Tracked Parcel) if you are willing to accept potential delays in arrival of your parcel. Select UPS if you are in a hurry.

We ship Monday through Fridays. Most items on our website will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping to the UK, Europe and Australia is based on weight and rates will be calculated at the checkout. You will be offered two or more shipping service options.

How Long Will it Take?

Most items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Limited Edition prints and framed wall art take longer to process and may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  During high traffic times, especially Oct through Dec, processing time can be longer. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
