Shipping & Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipment costs. We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customized items like Limited Edition Art Prints.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will issue a RA (return authorization) number, which you should include either inside your return package, or on the outside of the package. The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damages and issues
Within Canada, smaller, flatter items may ship using Canada Post Lettermail rates ($2 to $7). Larger, bulkier items will ship via Canada Post parcel rates. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All Parcels to the US are tracked.
We ship Monday through Fridays. Most items on our website will be shipped within 3 business days.
Limited Edition Art Prints and Framed Art Prints take longer to process so please allow 3 weeks for delivery. While most items in our store are shipped via Canada Post, Limited Edition prints may ship by UPS.
