 RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipment costs. We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customized items like Limited Edition Art Prints.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original packing slip.

To start a return, you can contact us at tj@northoffifty.com.  We will issue a RA (return authorization) number, which you should include either inside your return package, or on the outside of the package. The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

Within Canada:

Uninsured Letter Mail is available for some orders within Canada.

If the item you ordered fits through a letter slot, Canada Post allows it to be shipped as oversized Letter mail, thereby keeping the cost of postage to a minimum. Lettermail is a less expensive way of shipping, but does not give you a tracking number, does not guarantee an arrival date, and your package is not insured.  No refunds will be issued for non-arrival of goods shipped by Lettermail. When you get to the checkout you will be given an option to ship by untracked mail, or tracked mail as outlined below.

Tracked Package

Items that fit through a letter slot will be shipped by the less expensive lettermail, unless you specify CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL or another CANADA POST PARCEL SERVICE at the checkout. If you want to insure your order and track it in the postal system, choose a "CANADA POST PARCEL SERVICE."   That includes TRACKED PARCEL and CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL. Both options are insured and tracked, so please choose whichever option gives you the best price. 

If the item(s) you have purchased do not fit through a letter slot, they must go as tracked and insured parcel post, and fees will be based on Canada Post rates.

Shipping outside of Canada

To the US: All orders / parcels to the US are tracked and insured. 

We ship Monday through Fridays. Most items on our website will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping to the UK, Europe and Australia is based on weight and rates will be calculated at the checkout. You will be offered two or more shipping service options.

How Long Will it Take?

Most items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Limited Edition prints and framed wall art take longer to process and may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  During high traffic times, especially Oct through Dec, processing time can be longer. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
