RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipment costs. We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customized items like Limited Edition Art Prints.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original packing slip.
To start a return, you can contact us at tj@northoffifty.com. We will issue a RA (return authorization) number, which you should include either inside your return package, or on the outside of the package. The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure the shipping information you provide is complete and accurate. All costs for returned shipments, for any reason, including incorrect address or refusal of parcel by the recipient, will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from any potential refunds.
SHIPPING VIA CANADA POST / UPS / PUROLATOR
We will use either Canada Post, UPS or Purolator to ship your order, depending on which is the most cost effective for us.
Letter mail rates may be possible in some circumstances, when a parcel is lightweight and flat enough to go through a letter mail slot. If that option is available for your order, you will see the "Letter mail" option at the check out. Orders sent by letter mail do not have a tracking number, are uninsured and we do not guarantee any shipment sent by Canada Post Letter mail.
Items shipped via Canada Post Expedited, Canada Post Priority and Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS or Purolator are all insured and tracking numbers will be supplied.
We ship parcels / orders in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Any number of factors might delay your parcel, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, labour disruptions, customs and border services.
LIMITED EDITION AND FRAMED WALL ART
Limited Edition prints and framed wall art take longer to process and may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. During high traffic times, especially Oct through Dec, processing time can be longer. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Occasionally, an item is on backorder due to high demand. When that happens, please allow and extra 14 to 21 days for your item to be processed and shipped.

REFUSED AND RETURNED ORDERS
You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipment costs. If your order / parcel is refused at the delivery address and shipped back to us unopened, we will deduct the return shipment costs, including duties and brokerage fees, from any refund for which you may have been entitled.
CROSS BORDER SHIPPING
All duties, tariffs and brokerage fees are issued by the United States Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the consumer / purchaser. Orders returned for unpaid duties, tariffs or brokerage fees will NOT be refunded.
