Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items, face coverings or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original packing slip.

To start a return, you can contact us at north_50@telus.net.  We will issue a RA (return authorization) number, which you should include either inside your return package, or on the outside of the package

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Canada is based on weight and dimensions. 

 Our flat rate shipping fee to the United States is $25 (Cdn funds).

Shipping to the UK, Europe and Australia is based on weight and rates will be calculated at the checkout

We ship Monday through Fridays. Most items on our website will be shipped within 3 business days.

Limited Edition Art Prints take longer to process so please allow 3 weeks for delivery. While most items in our store are shipped via Canada Post, Limited Edition prints ship by UPS.
